All shrimp come with a small piece of Java Moss for the shrimps and are shipped in breather bags within insulated boxes.  Hot/cold packs may be necessary depending on season, shipping routes, and species, but I will let you know on that with your inquiry.

I include extra shrimp per order to cover any losses from shipping. Please include pics of Doa's and/or damaged shipment for prompt reships. The pics of the dead on arrival shrimp must be taken within two hours of delivery still in the bag.  I do not guarantee them after that.  Most shipments have 100% survival rate but if for some reason there is losses above the amount of extras included I will replace them free of charge.  I will need you to cover the cost of the shipping for the replacments however.  

I ship from South Western Canada, Cranbrook BC, and the buyer always pays shipping.  

Shipping is done via XpressPost 2 to 3 business day delivery in Canada.  I will ship via regular post but I will not guarantee this method.
